Refund policy


All apparel and merchandise is made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or preference issues.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and item type at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the item qualifies, we will work with our print partner to replace it or resolve the issue.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or ordered in the wrong size.

Once an order has been submitted, it may go into production quickly and cannot always be changed or canceled. Please double-check all order details before completing checkout.
