Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pretty Little Problem. Every item is made-to-order and printed on demand by our fulfillment partner. The timelines and rates below apply to all orders unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Production time

Once an order is placed, it enters production with our print partner. Most items are produced within 2-7 business days. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping time after production

  • United States: 3-5 business days (Standard).
  • Canada: 5-10 business days.
  • European Union and United Kingdom: 7-15 business days.
  • Rest of world: 10-20 business days.

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs, weather, and carrier delays may extend transit times.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order quantity. Promotional free shipping, when offered, applies only to the regions and order minimums specified in the promotion.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or refused delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days within the United States, or 21 business days internationally, contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. See our Return and Refund Policy for replacements.

International customers - duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Pretty Little Problem at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Address changes and cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, address changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
